Improvements to the GLIDES Operational Tool

Transit agencies have to solve some extraordinarily complex problems, and in some instances the frontline staff running transit service are using analog tools like radio and paper trainsheets.

When I was brought onto the team, Glides was a digital tool that was still fresh from it's roll out to officials on the Greenline, and I got the opportunity to push the Glides product from it's initial MVP into something that could deliver substantially more value.

This was done through comprehensive research and strategic alignment within our product team, to action and iterate the most impactful initiatives.
